The rule of thumb is that if you can get Xilinx' sample PCIe design up and running in a stable manner on a board, then Xillybus works with it as well. Assuming that the FPGA family is supported, which is the case for all families as of today.
There is however no out-of-the-box bundle for Alveo U50, however it's most likely a matter taking the demo bundle for Ultrascale+ and change some placement constraints. With a PCIe-enabled sample design for the target board, this is typically not difficult.
And I've had correspondence with someone who works with Xillybus on an Alveo U200 (he got it working by himself, BTW).
