The link to the bundle,
http://xillybus.com/downloads/xillycapture.zip can be found in the documentation section, in the description for the Xillybus FPGA designer’s guide. It's maybe a bit tricky to spot it.
The bundle itself contains out-of-the-box examples for a rather outdated set of FPGAs, but the Verilog and VHDL examples of any these are still valid.
