Hello,
There are no such plans at the moment. And I'm somewhat skeptic regarding RISC-V on FPGA, having some experience with Linux on Xilinx' Microblaze, which worked, but ran painfully slow. Soft processors always have difficulties with caching and MMUs. Maybe RISC-V will do better.
