Virtual Channel and other ECNs

Please add in details on how Virtual channels are configured and QOS is maintained. Along with maybe info on ECNs like TPH, LTR and OBFF etc

My view on Virtual Channels is that I'm still waiting for a single practical example where it's a wise choice to use them.

Actually, someone once brought up such example, but it was more of a hardware quirk that actually using the QoS capability of Virtual Channels:

So bottom line -- don't know much about that, as it's not of much use anyhow.
