version control for Xilinux demo files

Hi, dear sir,

I'm the user of Xilinux demo files on ZYBO FPGA. From the view of project management, it needs to use version control which it can re-build the whole thing by others.
However, I'm not quite sure which dir or files you suggest to put under version control. Do you have any suggestion on this ? Thanks
